Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SMSVerify (the “Service”), operated by SMS SERVICES PTE. LTD. (UEN 202406788M, Singapore). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

SMSVerify provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Numbers are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis and may be shared or rotated between users after release.

2. Acceptable use

  • You must not use the Service for fraud, spam, harassment or any unlawful activity.
  • You must not use the Service to violate the terms of the platforms you verify on.
  • You are responsible for the accounts you create using our numbers.

3. Payments and refunds

Charges apply per received SMS or per number rental as shown at the time of purchase. If a number fails to deliver a code within the stated window, the corresponding charge is not applied. Top-ups are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that every number or service will always be available, or that any specific platform will accept a given number.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
